Cornwall VSF is planning for the future, aware that our role in the Voluntary Sector community needs to adapt and evolve if we are to continue to provide support in areas where it is necessary, and provide a useful function to our Members.
With this in mind, we have prepared a document called ‘Cornwall VSF – a guide to how we will work in the future’. You can download your copy here.
This discusses how our remit is changing, and what we will be doing in the future. Please read it, and let us know what you think.
All of our Members should have received an email in the last couple of days asking for their views on this Future Plans document, and other matters. Please could you ensure that it is not lost in your in boxes, and respond by the deadline of 4 October. We need to hear from as many Member organisations as possible, in order to ensure that we are steering the organisation in a direction that will be beneficial for the whole sector, and the wider population of Cornwall.
Recruiting new Trustees
As part of this, Cornwall VSF is hoping to recruit some new trustees. You can find out more about what we are looking for, and how you can express your interest, on the jobs page in this website.
Please do share this information with anyone you feel would be interested – between our contacts, and your contacts, and their contacts, there must be many exceptional people, who might be just the kind of people we need!
