The course consists of basic skills training and volunteering to help conserve and protect the historical monuments at Maker Heights, as well as sessions doing guided walks and other activities designed to increase physical and mental wellbeing.
There will also be workshops from Samaritans and Cornwall Archaeological Unit.
The course take place on Wednesdays, and there will be several intakes of new participants across the next two years.
