The Clinks annual conference for 2017 is being held on 2 November, in London, titled ‘Resilience: responding to adversity and change in the criminal justice system’.
The cost is £70.
Resilience unites all voluntary organisations. Our members, and their passionate staff and volunteers, adapt and respond innovatively and creatively to the challenges they encounter. They form partnerships and networks, devise new services and collaborate with others – supporting people to cope and thrive in difficult situations.
There will be three areas of focus:
Organisational resilience: How have organisations bounced back from adversity and met new challenges? How have they adapted to change?
Workforce resilience: How do organisations support and value their staff and volunteers?
Service User resilience: How can we learn from the resilience displayed by many of those who access the services of voluntary organisations?
Given the current situation around the Corona virus, please check with individual organisers regarding events listed in these pages, to ensure that they are going ahead, before you travel.
Also, please bear in mind the advice not to attend if you feel unwell, or have a temperature, or have been in contact with anyone with the virus.
