Cornwall Voluntary Sector Forum’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 2:00pm Wednesday 19 December 2018 at the Cornwall Federation of Women’s Institutes, Truro Business Park, Threemilestone, Truro, TR4 9NH.
Members are invited to support the AGM, either in person or by returning a proxy form to ensure you have a vote. Cornwall VSF Members will be able to vote to appoint and reappoint VSF directors.
It is important that even if you can’t attend, you fill in a proxy voting form, so that legitimate decisions can be made.
Associate Members and others are welcome to attend, but may not vote.
For minutes of previous meetings, the agenda and a proxy voting form, go to the Event page on the VSF website, where you will also be able to confirm your attendance by registering for a free ticket.
Chairman, Richard Williams, explains, “This will be a relatively short AGM to meet our constitutional requirements. A further AGM will be held in the New Year that will address the need to reshape the VSF and to identify its future.”
If you are not a Member of Cornwall VSF but would like to have a say in the AGM, we welcome membership applications from any VCSE organisation based in or working in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Membership is free. Follow this link to our application form.
