Arts Council England are currently developing their new strategy for 2020-2030 which will shape their approach over the next ten years.
An online consultation on the draft strategy 2020-2030 will open from 1 July to 23 September 2019 and there will also be workshops taking place across the country. The nearest to Cornwall will be Plymouth on Monday 8 July. Click here to book.
You can read the draft strategy here on the Arts Council website.
Once the consultation is open, more materials will be published about delivering outcomes, priorities and investment principles.
Simon Mellor has published a blog discussing the consultation and how it will shape the next ten years, including the recent Traverse report which looks at questions such as ‘What stops people being more creative?’ and ‘What does creativity and culture mean to people?’. Read the blog here.
