The agenda of the day includes
- An interactive question and answer session by the Speaker of House of Commons,
- A ‘soapbox session’ whereby participants/beneficiaries of HE sessions on Active Citizenship (a Take Part Cornwall activity) will discuss their experience, and
- A series of workshops on -
- ‘How your council works’ facilitated by Cornwall Council (Take Part Cornwall stakeholders)
- ‘How your Parliament works’ – facilitated by parliamentary Outreach Office
- ‘Becoming involved in the community’ – facilitated by Penwith Community Development Trust (Take Part Cornwall project delivery partner)
- ‘Being active with Older People’s forums’ – facilitated by Age Concern (Take Part Cornwall project delivery partner)
