We know that bad weather decreases the attractiveness of exercising outside, even for the most determined, so we’ll start wtih a free online exercise resource.
DareBee is full of workouts, challenges, nutrition advice and even recipes to help you get fit, at home. Everyone can find something they can get into, here, from ‘super easy workouts’ to something called ‘the Gauntlet’ which is a 30-day Kettlebell programme.
It’s free to use, although the website is supported by user donations, so if you really enjoy it, you are invited to donate to keep it running.
