Healthwatch Cornwall, the people’s champion of health and social care services, is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to occasionally change working patterns according to weekly demands.
The successful candidate will manage diverse workloads from answering the telephone, including the Healthwatch Cornwall Helpline, handling finance matters, booking meetings, keeping accurate records and ordering materials and supplies.
If you are seeking a role that is varied with no two days the same, then this could be the job for you.
You will need great communication and IT skills, customer service and office administration experience and the ability to work independently while being a reliable team member.
Hours: 21-28 per week (full time hours 35), based in Truro. Benefits include flexi time and 28 days annual leave pro rata, plus bank holidays.
Salary: £15,800 – £17,000 pro rata on fixed term contract to end March 2019.
