Memory Matters are looking for a Community Connector based in Cornwall.
The closing date for this role is 5pm Friday 22 January 2021.
The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting new people, making new connections and building relationships. They will need be a real ‘people person’.
They are looking for someone to take up a brand new position within the exciting Memory Matters team to enable those affected by dementia to thrive through collaboration with other local organisations.
This particular role is suitable for someone with an outgoing personality mixed with the ability to really listen.

The job is a 12-month fixed term contract, beginning in March 2020, for 37.5 hours per week. The pay is £9.50/hour (+ pension)
