This course looks at the different laws governing fundraising from the perspective of a hands-on fundraiser.

Included:  Collection regulations, Licencing, Gambling commission and raffles, Commercial partnerships, Tax issues for VAT, Corporation Tax and tax exemptions, Trading for charities, Data protection – the law and a practical approach to it, Cold calling, emailing, posting and other communications, Regulatory bodies and advice lines / information.
