The Cabinet Office have launched a new service called ‘The Mystery Shopper’ which encourages SME’s (including voluntary providers) to tell the service about ‘tenders they did not understand or instances of what they believed to be poor procurement practice, with a commitment that procurers would be challenged to be more transparent and open’. The Rt Hon John Bercow MP was the keynote speaker at ‘Your Voice’, an innovative free conference designed to help you get your voice heard at all political levels. ‘Your Voice’ explored how citizens can get more involved in informing and influencing decision makers.
