About 1 in 4 people experience stress at some point in their lives and you may be experiencing it now.

If you would like to learn more about stress and ways to relieve it, Outlook SW are holding a series of Stress Buster events throughout Cornwall and Devon during the months of October and November.

The class is purely educational and is NOT group therapy. You won’t be asked about personal problems or be expected to speak. You will be taught about stress and ways to help yourself. This course aims to develop your knowledge and skills.
