An independent consultant working with the VCSE sector, Ian has been appointed as Chief Executive until March 2017. Ian was previously involved with the development of the VCSE employment and skills strategy. Ian represents the sector on the Cornwall Executive Group of key public sector bodies, also working on how Cornwall can create a ‘social fund’ to mitigate the loss of EU funding.

Mark Richardson

Formerly Chief Executive, Mark is currently on secondment with Cornwall Council, working on the Cornwall Transformation Challenge Award programme. The Council and partners in the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector are working together to improve how services are commissioned, managed and delivered.

Nick has been working in charity sector finance for over 15 years, most recently at Community Energy Plus. Nick is currently overseeing the finances for Cornwall VSF.

With extensive experience of community engagement and public sector practice, Lydia oversees VSF’s partnership working, projects and events. She also takes responsibility for our day-to-day operations management.

Bernard is on secondment from Cornwall Council, working with VSF to develop its approach to communications and marketing, as well as making sure we are meeting members’ needs in a challenging political and funding landscape.

Hannah is currently working with VSF to deliver communications and marketing services to support the Safer Stronger Consortium.

Jayne worked with VSF for over two years managing the Cornwall Promoting Change project with Lankelly Chase and continues to promote the learning from the project and Action Learning.

Mel Richardson

Mel has worked with Cornwall VSF on ways to build relationships between the business and VCSE sector. She is currently supporting VSF’s business review work with CASS Plus.
