Willow – support for people receiving treatment for a serious illness, aged 16-40

A charity which organises special days for people who are receiving treatment for conditions, such as motor neurone disease, cancer, etc. Willow information leaflet

 

Cornwall Hospice Care clinics

Opportunity for people who have terminal illnesses to talk about accessing services, and end of life planning.  Free clinics in Penzance every Thursday 1.30-4.30pm, and Hayle 10-2.  Visit the Cornwall Hospice Care website for information about these neighbourhood hubs

Nation-wide directory of mental health  services and support for children and young people (up to age 25).  Run by Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.
