The Cornwall & the Isles of Scilly Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) is collecting details of safeguarding officers from VCS organisations.
Chief executives of VCS organisations working with children and young people are being asked to name a designated safeguarding officer with responsibility for liaising with the LSCB.
This person will be the point of contact if any safeguarding-related allegations arise. More details are set out in this letter from Dave Ellis, Independent Chair of the LSCB.
