We have been asked to share a survey with our Members, to reach people with long term health conditions – please share!
Research author Andreia Ramos Silva is an MSC Student at Liverpool John Moores University, studying Health Psychology. The aim of the survey is to ultimately improve the healthcare of people with long term conditions, by understanding why some develop anxiety, stress and depression, as well as looking at how people cope with long term physical conditions.
She would be interested to hear from anyone who is interested, as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Have been diagnosed with one or more long-term conditions,
- 18 years old or over.
Example conditions include: diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cancer, cardiovascular disease, asthma, arthritis and epilepsy.
The survey shouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes, and entries need to be submitted before the end of June.
The link to the survey is via the John Moore University website.
