We Are With You (Formerly Addaction) is running Wellbeing Wednesdays workshops, beginning last week. These take place online, for free, and are designed to help with managing stress and anxiety by promoting mindfulness, relaxation and acceptance. The weekly sessions run on Wednesdays @ 10-11am.
Each week will follow a different theme and provide you with helpful skills and knowledge that may help you through these challenging times.

5 August – Health & Wellbeing Awareness
12 August – Acceptance, Change and Mindfulness
19 August – Relaxation
26 August – Understanding Emotions
To be eligible, you need to be 18 or older, out of work and signed up to the Positive People programme. The Positive People programme helps individuals overcome barriers to get back into education, training and work. Contact email@example.com for more information.
