The Truro half-marathon is taking place again this year in September.
It’s a great opportunity for voluntary sector organisations to get supporters engaged in fundraising, locally, and where local people can get along to support them.
The Truro half-marathon takes place on Sunday 15 September, and starts at 9.30am from Lemon Quay. It heads out to Feock, and back to Lemon Quay, taking in Playing Place and Porth Kea – so it’s a nice hilly route!
Organisers are proud of the fact that Truro half-marathon was plastic-free last year, and are aiming to be so again this time round. The race is sponsored by Duchy Plant Hire.
Paper/postal entries are now open, as well as via online on the RunBritain website, with entry fees for unaffiliated runners at £19.00, whilst affiliated runners will receive a discounted rate of £17.00
Providing that the race limit is not reached prior to the closing date of 30/08/19, entries will be also be taken on the day at an additional cost of £2.
