They are promising Coffee, Cake and Connection in the Waiting Room!
There will be a chance to find out about the fantastic range of community groups, networks and activities that contribute to our collective health and wellbeing. Just drop in any time on any morning to find out more, see what suits you or someone you care for, and have a chat.
Gardening, walking, painting, lunch clubs, social events, library services, reading, yoga, exercise, creative activities: this is the stuff that keeps our minds, heart, bodies and souls happy and well. Come and find out more!
For further details, and if you want to bring information, leaflets or be there in person to chat about what you can offer our local community, contact Manda on firstname.lastname@example.org or 07816 061 780 saying what you can do/bring and which day(s) you would like to be there.
Given the current situation around the Corona virus, please check with individual organisers regarding events listed in these pages, to ensure that they are going ahead, before you travel.
Also, please bear in mind the advice not to attend if you feel unwell, or have a temperature, or have been in contact with anyone with the virus.
