Promas has a new service for carers

Promas CIC has launched a new telephone support service for unpaid carers, to meet the needs of people for whom Zoom, Facetime or Skype are more than they can manage.

The service offers 3 45-minute telephone support sessions at the carer’s choice of time and date.

The subjects are:

• managing stress in your caring role
• caring for dementia carers
• coping strategies for carers
• managing mental illness for carers
• caring for carers

The dates on offer are:

• November 2020 – 2, 5, 9, 13, 17, 19, 23, 27, 30
• December 2020 – 2, 4, 7, 9
• Times – 10-10.45, 11.30-12.15, 2-2.45, 3.15-4
