Emily Sorrell, a freelance interdisciplinary designer of spaces and experiences for the heritage sector, has secured support from the South West Creative Technology Network to offer pro-bono creative aid to museums and heritage organisations from now until the end of 2020.
“I am currently running a project in partnership with the South West Creative Technology Network, and thanks to their support, I am delighted to be able to launch the ‘Dear Heritage Sector,’ project, where I have published an open letter to our museums and heritage organisations, offering pro-bono creative aid to the sector from now until the end of 2020.”
Applications close at noon on 31 October.
To apply, organisations are invited to email Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the work they would like to do together.
For examples of Emily’s work, please visit her website. Or you can watch this YouTube video which explains the whole project and why she’s launching it.
There is no location criteria for the heritage organisations (i.e. they don’t necessarily need to be based in the South West of England).
