Side-stepping Stress and Finding Happiness…

FREE talk exclusively for Teens by Mindfulness Practitioner Jon Goddard.

In this talk Jon will focus on: What stress is, and why we get stressed, as well as giving simple practical tips and techniques to start to alleviate stress. Jon will also discuss how happiness comes from within and help the participants to experience this so they no longer feel like a victim of the ups and downs of life or waste precious hours searching for happiness elsewhere.

For people between the age of 13-19 who struggle with Stress or Anxiety, not parents!  Aimed at making better use of their minds, and easing negative mind-chatter.
