Quality mark awarded to RJ Working CIC

Congratulations to RJ Working CIC for achieving the Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM).

Jon Collins, the RJC’s chief executive, said:

“Through successfully completing the RSQM, RJ Working CIC has demonstrated that it provides the highest standards in restorative practice and I would like to congratulate the team for this achievement.”

The RSQM is a badge of quality that guarantees that a service provides safe, high quality restorative practice which meets the six Restorative Service Standards. RJ Working CIC joins other RSQM awardees – in sectors ranging from criminal justice through education to care – delivering high quality restorative processes.

Deborah Mitchell, RJ Working CIC, added:

“We are very proud to have achieved such a meaningful form of recognition.  This feels like an affirmation of all our work – and a huge cause for celebration.

“Our organisational purpose is to promote, deliver and develop restorative practice so the Restorative Service Quality Mark has been a natural goal.  We wanted the public and colleague organisations to know that we have worked for recognition in our field and that they can have trust and confidence in our services.

“I would recommend any organisation thinking about applying for the RSQM to go for it! You will be glad you made the effort.”
