First Light is running events during National Sexual Violence Week, 5-11 Feb, to help raise awareness.
Launch of Sexual Violence Week /Awareness Session
Monday 5 Feb; 10am-12 noon, speakers, 12-1pm Networking; Rm G09, Knowledge Spa, Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro
The free session is open to all professionals, attendance will only be accepted on the basis of a completed booking form and acknowledgement of a delegate place.
The event will cover an introduction to sexual violence and its impacts, services in Cornwall and a networking session.

National Sexual Violence Awareness Week is an opportunity for First Light to highlight the wide range of fantastic support which is on offer and to show our commitment to a zero tolerance of sexual abuse and sexual violence in Cornwall.
An opportunity for professionals and other agencies to have a look around the SARC, discuss the services we provide and meet with a Crisis Worker and Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA).
