Please take part in a survey to map the race equality sector – Deadline extended to 29 January
Organisers, the Race Equality Alliance, say:
Did you know (to the best of our knowledge) the last time the race equality sector in England was mapped out was in 2007? The implication of this lack of data means that we are unable to capture the impactful work from newer movements, organisations and individuals achieving change.
Thank you for helping us address these gaps. We are the Funders for Race Equality Alliance. We are a group of charitable foundations working together to achieve race equality in the UK.
This 21-question survey is anonymous and aims to better our understanding of the type and size of race equality organisations in England, who your target audience is, what your priorities are and what challenges and barriers the sector faces.
The Alliance are looking to build on the amazing work produced by the Black and minority ethnic voluntary sector. We aim to provide recommendations on where funders should focus their efforts to support, sustain and strengthen organisations and achieve real change.
The deadline for responses is 29 January 2021.
Some respondents may also be contacted to be part of a focus group or follow up interview with your prior consent. They will also be remunerated for their time. If you’d like to read more about our mapping project, click here.
