Cornwall VSF is investigating the current workforce capacity of the voluntary sector, as we enter into a third national lockdown, seeing higher case numbers of COVID-19, numerous local outbreaks and people being asked to shield, we are concerned for the continued workforce capacity and resilience of the sector in the face of this prolonged challenge.
Please can you spare us a couple of minutes to complete a very short survey to tell us about any capacity issues you’re facing specifically related to COVID-19, with staff and volunteers (including trustees) ill or shielding, or otherwise unavailable? We want to know if you need support and what your support needs are so that we can do our best to provide and/or broker that support quickly.
You can take part in the survey here, and we will be closing it on Tuesday 12 January at 5pm, so that the results are right up to date. This is a rapid turnaround, quick-fire review survey, and shouldn’t take much of your time, which we know is precious! Anything you can share with us to help us gauge the state of the workforce issues in the sector right now.
