Cornwall Diversity Food Festival will return to Truro for its third year, bigger than before. The festival will be held at New County Hall in Truro on Saturday 23 November from 11am to 3pm. This free event is open to all and offers delicious food from across the globe prepared locally in Cornwall.
Food can play an important role in uniting people as it enables individuals from different cultures, faiths, religions or backgrounds to connect with each other, swap recipes and learn about their differences and similarities. The festival creates a platform to connect communities, celebrate diversity, and encourage cultural equality.
Attendees can taste culinary delights from Africa to Syria whilst enjoying family friendly entertainment from local artists.
Organisers are also looking for entertainment on the day, such as choirs, singing groups, and dance groups. If you are aware of any groups in your area that would like get involved, please ask them to contact Mary Mawonera on firstname.lastname@example.org or 07517 429553.
