This three day course in childhood grief and loss takes place at the Penhaligon’s Friends office, in Redruth.
Provide knowledge, skills and tools to facilitate childhood loss.
Create personal resources to use with a bereaved young person.
An understanding of the responses children and their families may have when bereaved.
A basic knowledge of theories relating to childhood loss and grief.
Suitable for any professionals who might come into contact with bereaved children in the course of their work, volunteers and those wanting to gain an understanding of how best to support bereaved children.
FEE: £165 including lunch and refreshments.
The course runs over three consecutive weeks: 17 Sept, 24 Sept & 1 Oct.
