Bosavern Community Farm has training places available to learn a range of practical food-related skills on the farm; from plant – to -plate! They are offering to help trainees develop work-ready qualities through a combination of team-work, mentoring and job-hunting assistance. No previous experience necessary, full training will be given.
No fees.
Support with travel, childcare and suitable clothing may be possible so please speak to them!
This work experience will suit people who seek to work in retail, catering, farming, horticulture, gardening, conservation and may also help those interested in grounds maintenance. Applicants must be over 18 years old, un-employed or economically inactive and living in their priority Penwith areas. Held at Bosavern Community Farm, just outside St. Just TR19 7RD, training will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 26 January 2021 for 13 weeks with follow-on support into the Summer.
