Argyle Community Trust is launching a new pre-apprenticeship programme, in partnership with Carn Brea Leisure Centre.
Carn Brea is already home to the Trust’s Post 16 Education & Football Development programme, and PAFC Apprenticeships.
The new programme is an opportunity for individuals to achieve industry recognised qualifications, and Sports and Active Leisure work experience placements, that will lead to a job interview.
The programme is open for young people aged 19-5, who are currently out of work, and not in education. The course runs for 12 weeks, 2 days per week, and some help with travel costs can be made available if necessary.
The programme starts on 9 November, and the spaces are filling fast.
If you know someone who is interested, please email Jordan Pearce, Training and Skills Tutor on firstname.lastname@example.org
Does your organisation work with young people who are coming up to the right age for this opportunity? Or with young people aged 19+ who are not currently in education, training or employment?
Jordan would be interested in working with you to help build links and raise awareness of the opportunities available through the Trust for these young people.
