The session will offer the opportunity to:
- Build your confidence and have fun through a Who Dares Works Course delivered by the military veterans from Active Plus
- Team up with a mentor for ongoing advice and support
- Access a range of specialist help including money management, support for mental health, dyslexia, substance misuse, learning disabilities, childcare, health and wellbeing and more
- Try a range of great work related activities from Who Dares Cares to Who Dares Repairs.
Who Dares Works starts with delivery from Active Plus, who use the skills and experience of military veterans who have themselves been unemployed or overcome a range of challenges. Sessions run for half a day a week over 8 weeks and include building confidence, communication and team-work skills, with lots of fun and laughter along the way.
