One-off grants up to £150,000 are being offered in this special celebration award, to commemorate 60 years of grant-making by the Garfield Weston Foundation.
Registered charities, Charitable Incorporated Organisations, Places of Worship and State Schools are invited to apply for funding towards capital projects that benefit local communities.  The deadline for applications is 30 June 2018.

Grants can be awarded between £30,000 and £150,000.

State schools and places of worship must clearly demonstrate how their project will benefit the wider community.

Projects must be completed – and all grant funding spent – by 31 December 2020.

Various suggestions for projects, and exclusions to the organisations which may apply, are listed in full on the Garfield Weston Foundation website.
You can also find an online eligibility test, and more information, including an online application form.
