The team of therapists and trauma-informed professionals at Khulisa have put together the guide that contains short exercises and a toolkit of tips and techniques that everyone can do to manage anxiety in a pandemic. It contains short 30 second, 3-10 minute and 30 minute techniques for calming and regulating, that are suitable for everyone.
